Pastor Bimbo Fola-Alade began her career as a lawyer and has since become a highly regarded Professional Counsellor, Author, Bible Teacher, Conference Speaker, and Pastor. With over 20 years of ministry experience, she is passionately committed to empowering individuals to live fulfilled lives and build strong, stable families. As a Professional Counsellor, Bimbo has helped clients overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, and childhood trauma, and has strengthened countless marriages through her expertise. Her work has included relationship advice on Premier Radio’s Heart Talk Show, as well as hosting Pre-marital Guidance Programs, Marriage Enrichment Weekends, and Singles’ Seminars. Bimbo is the founder of The Love Institute, an online forum equipping people to thrive in relationships, and The Relationship Centre, a counselling organisation focused on relationships and marriage. Her signature course for singles, ‘Relate’, has positively impacted thousands of participants. An avid writer, Bimbo has authored over 11 books on relationships, womanhood, parenting, and spiritual growth. Her wealth of experience and insight inspires women and singles to attain their God-given potential and thrive in their personal and spiritual lives. As a co-pastor of The Liberty Church London alongside her husband, Bimbo continues to minister with passion and dedication, encouraging individuals to build strong foundations in Christ and live purposefully.

Tolu is a multi-award-winning Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E) practitioner with an unwavering passion for fostering inclusive environments. As a seasoned thought leader, Tolu has made a transformative impact across various industries, earning a reputation for her strategic vision, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership. Known for her ability to drive high standards and create bar-raising experiences, she balances her authority with curiosity and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

Her impressive career spans leading large-scale ID&E programmes in the charity sector, UK construction industry, higher education, retail, and technology. In 2020, Tolu joined AWS to lead ID&E initiatives across EMEA, where she made history by launching Amazon's first-ever Autism at Work Programme. As a Global ID&E Customer Engagement Leader, she collaborated with AWS customers through impactful partnerships, events, and executive engagements.

Currently, Tolu serves as the Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Diageo, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple markets, geographies, and business functions.
