PBFA is a Bible teacher, counsellor, author, mentor, and Resident Pastor at The Liberty Church London, where she serves alongside her husband, Dr Sola Fola-Alade. Formerly a lawyer, she is known for her passionate and practical teaching of God's word, especially in areas concerning womanhood, relationships, and spiritual formation.

With over two decades of ministry, she has led seminars, conferences, and authored more than 13 books and study materials on topics such as Christian identity, anxiety, parenting, and intimacy with God. A certified family systems practitioner, she is highly regarded for her counselling and coaching work.
